Ingredients
1 cup Japanese Rice
2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
1 tbsp Soy sauce
Salt and Pepper

Directions
Cook the rice according to the packets instructions, when cooled sufficiently shape it into triangles, paint with the sunflower oil and fry over a low to medium heat until all sides become crispy, paint with the soy sauce and fry again to serve.
