Wild Mushroom Bruschetta

Ingredients
6 Slices of Sourdough Bread
2 cups Mushrooms
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Onion
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro
Salt and Pepper

Directions
Toast the bread, heat the oil over a low heat and sauté chopped onion and garlic until they soften and begin to caramelise, increase the heat to medium and add the sliced mushrooms, cook for a few minutes turning occasionally until the mushrooms are cooked to your liking, add some salt and pepper and serve on top of the toast with some chopped Cilantro.
