Vegetable and Red Pepper Hummus Wraps

Ingredients 
4 Flatbread Wraps
1 Cucumber
1 Red Onion
1 Lettuce Head
2 Red Peppers
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 Clove of Garlic
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
2 tbsp Tahini
1 Lemon
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin

Directions
Slice and deseed the red peppers, put one of them in a food processor and add in the tahini, garlic, sesame seeds, salt, lemon juice and ground cumin, pulse till the correct texture has been achieved. Slice the salad ingredients and toast the flatbread in a dry frying pan, spread the red pepper hummus over the toasted flatbreads and add ¼ of the sliced vegetables, roll and serve.
