Smoked Paprika and Rosemary Hummus

15oz Chickpeas
2 tsp Tahini
1 Lemon
1 Cloves of Garlic
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Rosemary
4 Pita Breads
Salt and Pepper 

Wash chickpeas, shake dry and put in food blender keeping a few back for decoration. Add the tahini, half of the lemon juice, finely chop the garlic and throw that in too, also add the half the smoked paprika and the olive oil. Finely chop half the rosemary, only the leaves leave the stalk alone! Pulse in the blender until desired texture is achieved adding salt and pepper as you go to taste, add the remaining lemon juice if necessary. Serve with flatbread.
