Red Cabbage and Apple Salad

COOK: Overnight
SERVES: 4 as a side

1 lb Red Cabbage
1 Red Onion
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tsp Mustard
2 Apples
4 tbsp Parsley
4 tbsp Walnut Halves
1 tbsp Ground Cloves
Salt and Pepper

Remove the core from the cabbage and slice it and the onion finely, season with salt and pepper and combine with the vinegars, olive oil, ground cloves and mustard toss well and put in the fridge overnight. When ready to serve add in the sliced apples and the rest of the ingredients.
