Raw Red Cabbage Tacos


6 Red Cabbage Leaves
1 cup Broccoli Florets
1 Carrot
1 Zucchini
1/2 cup Cashews
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Water
2 Cloves of Garlic
Juice of 1 Lime
1 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Ground Cilantro
Salt and Pepper

Grate the carrot and Zucchini, slice the broccoli into small pieces. In a blender combine all the other ingredients except for the cabbage leaves and blend, combine with the grated vegetables and serve inside the red cabbage leaves.
