10oz Kale
2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 200°C, 400°F, cut the kale into small bite size pieces and toss in the sesame oil, the olive oil, and season with salt and pepper, place on a baking tray and cook for 10 – 15 minutes, take out and turn and put back in the oven for a further 5 – 10 minutes, serve.
