Ingredients
6oz Plain Flour
3oz Desiccated Coconut (unsweetened)
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Luke Warm Water To Make A Dough
1 Red Onion
1/2 tbsp Chilli Flakes
1 Small Clove Of Garlic
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt And Pepper

Directions
Mix the coconut, flour, salt and oil in a bowl, slowly add enough water to make a thick dough roughly 200ml, divide into 8 balls and roll each one out to roughly ½ cm thick. Fry over a medium heat until they go golden brown then flip and repeat on the other side. Put the onion, chili flakes and garlic into a food processor and pulse till roughly blended, stir in the lemon juice and some salt and pepper, serve.
