Celery Stir Fried in Gochujang Sauce

SERVES: 2 as a side

6 Celery Stalks
2 tbsp Korean Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Clove of Garlic
2 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Gochujang (Korean Chilli Paste)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Chop the celery into bite size pieces and keep the leaves, and sauté in the olive oil over a medium heat with the chopped garlic, cook until it begins to soften then add the chilli powder and continue cooking for another couple of minutes, add the remaining ingredients including the celery leaves but not the sesame seeds, stir fry for about 5 minutes turning often, check the seasoning adding more soy sauce if necessary and serve topped with the sesame seeds.
